    VaI Aventure Rules


    When you enter a Val Aventure trail, you are doing so under your own responsibility and you are liable for your own safety as well as that of other participants (intoxicated visitors shall not be allowed to take part in the activities). Attachment to the red life line is obligatory at all times.
    Non-compliance with the Val Aventure regulations or any behaviour that could endanger oneself or others, shall be subject to one warning and then expulsion from the site with no reimbursement.
    The gear (harness, tether, snap hook, pulleys) is provided by Val Aventure.
    Do not scare other participants, do not hurry, do not jostle.
    For the Tyrolian bridges, make sure that the person ahead of you has completed her/his run and has left the activity before installing your pulley.
    Val Aventure employees cannot be held responsible for any loss of objects, theft or accident.
    Hair must be tied back.
    Smoking is strictly prohibited. Do not light fires.
    Rubbish bins are at your disposal. Do not litter the site.

    Our staff is trained in First Aid and has been especially trained for these activities.

    Maintenance and upkeep:
    - To respect the AFNOR standards XP S 52 902 1 (construction of a high, acrobatique trail) and XP S 52 902 2 (operating a high, acrobatic trail)
    - To carry out annually phytosanitary tests on the trees
    - To have the installations checked annually by an independent organisation: CERES
    - To check the trails weekly
    - To check the Safety Protection gear according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and the current AFNOR standards (XP S 72 701)

    We undertake to:

    - Supply quality protection gear meeting current safety standards
    - Have the harness installation of each participant checked by a monitor
    - Give all the security instructions at a briefing
    - Ensure the surveillance of the trails
    - Intervene in the trees in case of difficulty (evacuation)
    - Post the required diplomas, rates, rules and regulations
    - Take out a professional civil liability insurance
    - Be registered at the Ministry of Sports as an approved n° 015°6ET0024
